Our new range of throws and rugs in authentic vintage designs are inspired by well-loved sports jackets and estate tweeds. Not your ordinary ratty-looking plaid blankets, these timeless pieces are woven exclusively in Scotland in the finest lambswool, soft yet durable. The glencheck, checks, and windowpane designs are taken from original pieces subtly recoloured in heathery mixes of lovat green, purple, rust, lemon, burgundy, burnt orange, pink, and roan.
These throws and rugs make handsome, unstudied accents thrown over sofa or wing chair, and are hard-wearing enough for years of woodland picnics. Exactly the sort of thing you thought you'd never see again.
Our Luxury Cashmere Throw
We can't think of anything to ward off the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune better than sinking back into the cozy comfort of a full sized cashmere blanket. Ours is the epitome of sheer luxury, woven with the hallmark classic ripple finish of the finest cashmere woven in Scotland. Some of our customers take theirs aboard for long flights, along with their eye shades and iPods. But we like ours curled up in our favorite chair, with a perfectly mixed Gimlet, and an old Raymond Chandler novel. First class without the upgrade.
